How to use this guide: Complete each step in order and add the matching screenshot in the space provided.
Step 1: Open a Text EditorDescription: Open the email, note, task, chat, or activity where you want to use the snippet.

Step 2: Open Snippets
Description: Click the Snippets icon in the text editor, or type # to open the snippet menu.

Step 3: Find the Snippet
Description: Search for the approved snippet by name or shortcut.

Step 4: Insert the Snippet
Description: Click the snippet to place its text into the editor.
